For us, access matters.

For every corporate organisation that invests in our services, we will provide one fully funded place to a leader with lived experience who is just starting out.

How it works:

Workshops are offered in three formats to widen access while protecting the depth of the work.

Each corporate place funds one free programme place.

Places are offered to lived experience leaders who would not otherwise be able to access this level of support.

Priority is given to leaders working in grassroots, community and values led organisations.

Why this matters:

Equity is built in to all our work, and it matters to us that it is not added on.

Lived experience leadership is valued, not tokenised.

The work strengthens the whole leadership ecosystem.
